Front Cyclic Bearing Construction
This was fairly easy. I stopped by a lawn mower repair shop where I had seen some old engine casings in the Aluminum recycle pile and asked to buy one of the larger engine casings. The owner just gave it to me.
I took the casing home and spent about thirty minutes cutting out the center journal bearing and another thirty minutes dressing it up with a file.

I drilled some mounting holes and attached it to the seat cross member and mounted the cyclic control tube through it.
Total expense equals $0.00 dollars.
